EMPLICITI® is a prescription medicine used to treat multiple myeloma in combination with the medicines:

• Revlimid^® (lenalidomide) _NOT AVAILABLE_ and dexamethasone in adults who have received one to three prior treatments for their multiple myeloma.
• Pomalyst^® (pomalidomide)_NOT AVAILABLE_ and dexamethasone in adults who have received at least two prior treatments including Revlimid and a proteasome inhibitor.
